The agreement for a vehicle that was
purchased under my credit on a
promissory note were broken once
the other party moved out of state.
She is hard to reach and has not
provided me with her correct current
address to be reached. What can i do
to get my property back, as it is
stated in the agreement in the case

Re: Broken Promissory Note Agreement
If your agreement with the other party provides for immediate repossession under the circumstances you presented, you will of course have to relocate the vehicle to do so. Otherwise you will have to file a lawsuit known as a replevin action, which is to recover property. You'll need to find a good address for her to do that as well. There are computer search services that might enable you to do that, if you have no personal sources.
