Broken Promissory Note Agreement

The agreement for a vehicle that was

purchased under my credit on a

promissory note were broken once

the other party moved out of state.

She is hard to reach and has not

provided me with her correct current

address to be reached. What can i do

to get my property back, as it is

stated in the agreement in the case

of a breach?

If your agreement with the other party provides for immediate repossession under the circumstances you presented, you will of course have to relocate the vehicle to do so. Otherwise you will have to file a lawsuit known as a replevin action, which is to recover property. You'll need to find a good address for her to do that as well. There are computer search services that might enable you to do that, if you have no personal sources.
