Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

I was charged with sexual assault when i was 16 years old, it was obviously a crazy racially charged chick and her mom crying wolf. I was put in the local news and newspaper, demoralized in every way right before my senior year of high school. My attorney then got my case moved from adult to juvenile case, where it was not there a couple of months and i was acquitted. I was STILL put in the newspaper as being acquitted, but they still went through details of my case (I was considered a juvenile at this point.) I have a couple of questions from that: A.) Arent I protected at that point from being put in the news AFTER my case was sent to juvenile court? and B.) Im 24 years old now, could I still file a lawsuit? Thank you
