I have a cheer team my business is registered and name is redistered. I saw another team in the same state city next to mine witht he same name but they did not registered it because it was avaible whenI did, what can i do

Hire a Maryland lawyer who will: (i) threaten to sue him if he doesn't change his name, and (ii) sue him if he refuses so that a Court order will be issued preventing him using that name.
