How do you file a motion to vacate order of default?

You write up the motion, using the correct format as indicated by the pleadings already filed in the case. You should explain in the motion why the default should be set aside. If it's still less than 30 days since the default was entered and the problem which caused the default to be entered has now been resolved, the court ought to grant your motion.
