Evicting a housemate

I have a male house-mate. The ''relationship'' has ended,but I can't get him to leave. What are my options?

Your question is too devoid of information necessary to give a meaningful answer. Do you have a lease on this property, do you own it, or neither? If it's a lease, are both you and the housemate on it, or just one of you? I suggest you re-post and provide more information.
