Frozen bank account
my bank account has been frozen due to a judgement. if i open a new account, will it be automatically frozen

Not if you use a different bank. At the same bank, it probably will be. Of course, if the judgment creditor discovers your new account, they are free to attach it as well until they have covered their judgment, interest and costs.
