Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

A girl created a fake ad on craiglist in the men seeking men section without my permission displaying some pretty graphic photos. She also gave out my phone number and a photo of me also, for the past couple of days men have been calling and texting my phone. Is there any legal action I can take against her?

Sure. Potential causes of action include defamation, intrusion upon seclusion/invasion of privacy, and you may also be able to sue for intentional infliction of emotional distress, although that is generally a more difficult cause of action to prove.

I strongly suggest that you meet with an attorney as soon as you can-these various causes of action all have statutes of limitations and if you wait too long, your ability to bring suit can expire.
