Harasment charge

I have been caused of sexually abusing my daughter. I was interviewed by Balto county dept of social service which I was cleared. Also was cleared by balto city DSP and I have witnesses who know my daughter said she is doing this cause I wasn't buying her car when she got her license. asked my EX to contact the witnesses which are her sisters but she refuses and still continues to accuse me. also she lied to DDSs that I am late on my child support which I am not and never been. Can I sue her for harassment and slander charges?

You could, but I doubt you would accomplish anything. It sounds like the abuse accusations are coming from your daughter rather than from your ex, even if she isn't exactly backing you up. As for the support payments, you should pay by check so you will have a record of when the payments are made.
