Home Repairs

I hired a private contractor to redo my bathroom ( remove wallpaper, paint the wall, tighten the floor boards, lay new tile on the floor, new vanity, and mirror for the wall.) I asked him to paint the hall in addition to two other bedrooms. It's been about a year and I have asked him to please come and repair the things that were not completed when he started the work. He has come to my home several times but has not completed anything. What should I do.

You don't mention whether you have paid him for the full job, partially or at all. You also don't mention whether you have a contract. So, it depends. Contact me if I can be of assistance.
