Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

When does an injunction expire?

A preliminary injunction was issued without any expiration date noted on the court order and no lawsuit has been filed by the plaintiff (now some 2 months after the preliminary injunction was originally granted). How long does this preliminary injunction remain valid?

A suit would have to have been filed, and at some point served on you. A preliminary injunction generally stays in effect until set aside by a judge or until the case is concluded.
