Internet in the Work Place
Is it legal for a employeer to restric Internet access to certain employees and allow access for certain others.

If the employer has a legitimate business reason for doing so, it's legal. Employers have the right to control what takes place at the work site. That is not to say they have unlimited discretion--they can't act in violation of civil or human rights laws against discrimination.
