Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland
Lawsuit
Is there a possibility that I could have a winning chance if I take my ex-boyfriend to court for a truck I had in my name for him that's no repoed? For many years we were on the insurance policy as if we were married. I actually had two cars in my name, one for him and one for me.

Re: Lawsuit
You presumably have nothing in writing with the ex about him taking responsibility for paying the truck note. So you would have to rely on your testimony in court to convince the judge to require him to reimburse him for whatever financial loss you sustained, and you'd have to be able to document that loss.
