How longest length of time after an issue can a person bring a lawsuit in MD?

There are some exceptions, but generally you have 3 years from the date of the incident to bring suit.

There are many exceptions to the 3 year rule. I'd need to know the specifics because applying the statute of limitation is not as straight forward as it seems.
