neighbor harassment
A neighbor has constantly harassed us about our dogs to animal control and now code enforcement. We are doing everything we are supposed to do according to animal control . How do we get this neighbor to stop harassing us for good? Can we sue?

Why don't you see if you can get someone from animal control to talk to your neighbor and explain to him or her that you are in compliance with the law. Also, if animal control is familiar with the situation, they should just be ignoring the complaints unless the situation changes. Suing is not a practical solution.
