Promissiory Note
Purchased car in my name for someone else use, signed promissory note that payments would be to be prior to 2nd of each month, missed one payment and didnot received other payment until after 5:00 pm on the second of month making it to late to get to credit union. The paments are due on the 2nd. can this contract be voided? What can I do?

Your question was hard to understand, but I am assuming the person using the car is supposed to be making the payments and you signed the papers because they didn't have credit. It sounds like they are sending you the money and then you are turning around and paying the credit union.
The credit union is looking to you for payment and it's your credit that will be adversely affected if you make payments late or default. You certainly can't void the finance agreement. The credit union isn't interested in your side arrangement with your friend. If you default, the car will be repossessed and they can pursue you legally for any deficiency.
You should have a stern discussion with your friend that he or she needs to get the money to you well before the first of the month or you will take the car back to protect your credit.
