Receipt
If I have Sales receipt and/or lease agreements formatted in computer file (scanned and saved as computer file), are they valid as legal evidence?

Should be, provided you can testify to the authenticity and accuracy. But keeping paper records is safer until courts become more used to electronic evidence.
