Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland
replevin in court in upper marlboro
received a replevin notice showed up in court today as instructed in the notice but the Plaintiffs did not show up. What happens now? the court officer said I will receive a new court date. What are my options at this point? Do I need a lawyer?

You should at least meet with a lawyer with some familiarity in that area of the law to advise you, after which you can decide if you should have legal representation in court.
