Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland
Season Ticket Invoice
I received my invoice for season tickets and there is a bold underlined portion that says ''to be eligible for any available seat location upgrades, your balance must be paid in full by March 2, 2009''
I paid on time and now find out that individuals who are more than 2 months delinquent are getting offers for significant upgrades before I receive an upgrade offer after meeting the terms of the invoice.
Do I have any recourse??

Complain to the ticket office and ask them to give you your upgrade offer now so you get what you are entitled to.
