Sexual harrassment and termination
Would pulling up the back of my shirt to show a human resources director the injury I incurred while at work be considered sexual harrassment? I am a man and she is a woman.

As an isolated incident, I think that would be hard to prove. If there has been a pattern of harassing conduct of a sexual nature, possibly. If you want to pursue this, you should consult with an attorney who specializes in employment discrimination cases.
