Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

Is there any statute or precedent to force my neighbor from posting 2 florescent orange ''keep out'' signs on his fence in our residential neighborhood? The fence runs along our property line and these signs are in our face as we try to enjoy our yard. We have a long unpleasant history with this neighbor and it is obvious he is only trying to harass us. It is working!

There may be a county ordinance that helps you; you can check with your county permits office on this. Otherwise you would have to take your neighbor to court with a nuisance suit and try to convince a court that his signs qualify as such. If by any chance you're in a homeowner's association, your bylaws may come to your rescue.
