Skin peeling off on hands

I worked for a true green chem lawn for two weeks,The job entailed spraying lawns for pestisides.Even with plastic gloves i notice my hands the skin peeling off.It looks horrible and feels bad too.Also it has flarred up psorasis in me.Can i sue?

You can file a workers' compensation claim against your employer, if this happened recently. Did you report the problem to your supervisor right after you discovered the condition? If not, they probably won't accept the claim, at least not without a doctor's report attributing the condition to the kind of chemical exposure you would have had in using the lawn spray. Theoretically, you might have a claim against the manufacturer of the chemical, but it would be extremely difficult and expensive to prove.
