Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

in state of MD if you live with your boy friend after how long you be come husband and wife even if you are not married in court? and if you have judgment for alimony to get from past by payment ,but he is not to pay because you live with your boy friend ,i it contempt court order or not?

Maryland does not have common law marriage, so a live-in relationship with someone does not change into a marriage by the passage of time. (Note that some other states do recognize common law marriage and if you lived in one of them you may want to consult a lawyer to discuss the specifics of your situation).
