Having a plaintiff/creditor move to vacate a judgment it won sounds highly unusual. Do you perhaps mean instead that the plaintiff's lawyer dismissed the case? What you can do depends on a number of factors, including how long it has been since the underlying debt/refund was owed, how or why the lawyer promised a refund, etc.

The above posters suggestion to retain a lawyer seems wise (at a minimum you may want some help to look at the judgment, the motion/paperwork to vacate, any resulting order, etc. and gauge what options you may have)
