temporary peace order

Will I need representation if in this peace order a parent is accusing me of inappropreiate behavior with her daughter who is 14 yrs. old?

You ought to at least consult with an attorney who can review the legal documents and facts and advise you on your options. If you don't object to the peace order, you may not need an attorney to go to court with you. However, the next step may be a criminal complaint if the "behavior" she is accusing you of falls within one of the sexual offense laws.
