Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

I went to visit my boyfriend in jail, i got in and then was kicked out because i was not on the visiting list. i want to know if there are any reasons i could go to jail or anything could happen to me, like could i be under investigation because of it

If not being on the visiting list is the only reason you were kicked out (how were you let in the first place without being on the list????), then you probably don't have anything to worry about. In theory, you could be charged with trespass on government property. However, if you weren't trying to pass the inmate anything, didn't break any other rules of the jail, etc., you should be O.K. If for whatever reason you are arrested or served with a summons to appear, you need to obtain a Maryland CRIMINAL lawyer immediately.
