Are forms for power of Attorney forms free ,and where can I get them?

They can be free, but not necessarily tailored to your specifics situation or Maryland state law requirements. Try Google. If that doesn't work, hire a lawyer for a small flat fee and they will give you exactly what you need on the first try. For something as important as a power of attorney, why take a chance of doing it wrong?
