Legal Question in Health Care Law in Maryland
Med Spa
My partner and I are planning to open a Med Spa in Maryland. She is a Nurse Practitioner, not a physician. Is there a law in Maryland requiring that a physician be employed/contracted in order to run a Med Spa business?
