Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

My I 485 is pending in Texas Center even though the due date is expired far behind.

Recently, I got one problem ,VA state filed the case against me on stalking someone.

I want to know if i am given sentence that might be probation to not to meet each other for six months. DOSE IT effects MY TO PENDING CASE.

Please will you give me ADVICE??

Surely a criminal case could affect your pending immigration. In fact, the processing time could be delayed because of this. Your criminal lawyer should be working with immigration counsel to minimize the results of the stalking case.
