Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
adjustment of status
My immigration case is in NVC and in process.Infact my husband has summitted my 1-864 fee bill also, but My K3visa case has also been approved and is now in Us embassy abroad.since it is fast So I will prefer it.my question is that after entering US on K3 visa, and having my CR-1 case in NVC can i adjust status in Us or shall i have to come back to my native country to have my green card process to complete.

You can adjust to permanent residence in the US after you enter with your K3 visa.
