There are no "legal" reasons necessary for requesting a reschedule of an I-130 interview; there are reasons for circumstances beyond your control, or other reasons that may be acceptable; why? what kind of reason do you have? Illness in the family, unable to get there due to transportation problems, some other reason? I don't think you will have a problem rescheduling IF you request early enough -- don't wait until the day before unless it is an urgent circumstance that causes the request for delay. Good luck!

It is very important that you do not give the impression that you do not take the process serious enough or you can have problems. There are many different good reasons to get it rescheduled and a lot of bad ones. So be careful how you approach this.
