Being charged with possesion of marijuana/paraphernalia
How will charges of possession marijuana and/or paraphernalia affect my immigration status? I didn't receive conditional green card yet(through marriage), we are waiting for the interview.

It is not a deportable offense to be convicted of "a single offense involving possession for one's own use of 30 grams or less of marijuana."
However, you'll want to have an immigration/criminal attorney take a look at your records to make an accurate determination as to the consequences of your conviction.
