Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
I been an US citizen since 2009. However I want to apply for a federal job and they are asking for a copy of my original birth certificate. The DOB on my certificate is not the date of birth on my papers. I want to fix the date of DOB on my papers but doing so will expose the fact that my legal guardians bought me into the U.S. illegally. This has been hovering over me for some years and I kind of want to retify this situation. If there a way to do so without exposing them or having any charges filled against me or them?
