Can a closed ptition-130 be reopend after 12 years
I filed a petition 1-130 on behalf of my wife and children back in 1991.I got approval for my children and now they are living with me in US.Due to unavoidable circumstances I had to leave the house where I was living and I could not Inform INs about change of adress. Now when I ask about that petition they tell me that they have closed the file.I want to ask if there is any way to get that old file reopen,Or can INS give me at least the coppy of that petition so that I can apply for V visa for my wife.
