Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
I filed for my mother and siblings October 2010. I received a letter stating my mother's application was processed however; it didn't say anything about my siblings. Also, under the new I I30 law how long is the current turn around time.

I'm not sure what I-130 law you are referring to, but the time it takes to process the I130 depends on which Processing Center it is sent to. The California Service Center is taking 5 months to process I-130 petitions. Once the I-130 is processed it will take maybe 10 years or more for a visa to be available to your siblings. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions.
