Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
filed petition for sister in 2005 received letter in December to provide additional document to prove that both have same parents. My parents passed away more than 10 years. Provided group photos and school certificates which have father name. But they did not accept them.
Please let us know tow things:
1. Should we get DNA test
2. Still they have referenced case by Receipt Number. They Priority will for the day they accept the case or it is from the date, we filled 5 years ago, which may take another 10 years, if they use current date.
3. My mother also filed for my sister, when she was alive about 15 years ago, and the her priority came but at that time my sister was married, so it was not valid, now my sister's husband has passed away. Can that case will be reopened as my sister is single now.
