Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
I was on h4 visa but due to my husbands job loss i changed my status to f1 and husband to f2 but now his h1 is approved and i want to change my status from f1 to h4 do i need my husbands current pay cheques for this process and also if i apply for change of status is it enough or do i need to attend college until my change of status is approved and also if i attend college can i claim my tax benefit next year
