My boyfriend has been deported!! I am miserable!! I am from the US and I don't want to leave my country to live in Haiti. We had been living together here and had planed on getting married eventually. I don't want to wait 10 years for him to come back to me. What do I do? Please, please help!!

Re: Hardship

You must apply for a fiancee visa for your boyfriend with an I-212 deportation wavier and an I-601 unlawful presence waiver. I strongly recommend that you seek out an immigration attorney to evaluate your chances of success.
