Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
My husband came here from Africa on a visitors visa. it expired 3 years ago he had to sign a voluntary deportation. he has to return to Africa now. What can I do to keep him here. We married for love not because I'm a US citizen. I need help desperately.

You do not say when he was granted voluntary departure, but if he received the maximum term, he has or had four months approximately to leave.
