My husband was convicted of possission of drugs in the us airport, he spent two years in federal jail and was deported. His two sons live in the us and his daughter was born in the us. It has been twenty five years now, we he get a holiday visa to travel to the us?

If your husband has a criminal conviction, he might need to apply for a waiver before the visitor visa is granted. His US citizen daughter can sponsor him for a green card, he might still need a waiver.
