Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
My husband and i have been married for 10yr. on 09/28/2009 he got his 10yr green card..this summer his brother got married in his country to which 1 month before this wedding i was told not to come because the family felt that I would be uncomtable with the tempture ( the heat) and the crowd of people, not understanding this concern because i had been there the summer before for his cousin's wedding and it was well over 100. My husband said we didn't have the money for us both so i stayed...during this time my mother died and i found no money in our acct. He returned home on Sept. 01/2010 from a trip starting 06/27/2010..to which I did not know his ticket was for this amount of time. On 09/29/2010 I was called by a friend from his country and told to look on Facebook..There was my husband showing pictures and in his profile that shows a persons relationship ,,,showing that he is now engaged to this girl.all our pictures together were gone and I was blocked from his page..i guestioned my husband about this and he said it wasn't so..I called his mother and was told that we have no children and they want a grandchild and this girl can do this for them. once his mother told me this my husband told me it was true and left the house,,this was on the morning of 10/27/2010 .last year we shipped our belongings and all he has left me alot of deht that when going thru things he never allowed me to touch. Today he told me that it was my fault that his papers took so long...because we waste to much time on 9/11 and blame people that have nothing to do with it..yes he is Arabic and feels he has been done an injustise..so he tells me that he never loved me and this was his plan all the time...Can anything be done or is it to late? I found 6yrs of where he filed our taxes but and has not paid. I am disabled and now all of this is in my face...I suffered a lot of abuse from him and shame if you can tell me there is hope somewhere please.

It's not clear what you want to do beside get a divorce. Get a good lawyer and make sure he pays his share of those taxes you both owe. He has been an Legal Permanent Resident for a long time so you probably can't do anything about that unless he has committed a crime. As long as you are a US citizen or have your green card it doesn't matter what your husband does now, you can stay here without him. I do offer free 30 minute consultations so if you would like to call me, toll free at 1(866) 7237610 extension 101, I would be more than willing to discuss your situation.
