Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

New I-130

My grandmother was a B2 visitor since 2001, but in 2004 she became a courier of immigration documents that weren't hers. Officials then questioned her, and she admitted to working while here. This got her visa revoked, and the petition for her put on hold.

When can we apply again for a petition for her?

There is more to this story, and I need to know all the details in order to provide you with a reasonably good legal assessment of the problem. If the petition was put on hold, there must be a reason. Of course, you can petition at anytime, but I would like to know who is petitioning for your grandmother? Lots of questions need to be answered before you do anything. Get a good immigration lawyer - feel free to contact my office and schedule an appointment for a consultation at my office in Tysons Corner or by telephone. If not me, find someone to help you before something else happens. Good luck.
