Your aunt may be able to visit you under a so-called "B-2" non-immigrant tourist visa. She can apply for one at a US Embassy or consulate in Vietnam. The proper form is known as DS-156 Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form.

A very important aspect of applying for a non-immigrant visa is providing proof of the applicant's intent to depart the US. I.e., proving your aunt will return to Vietnam after her visit. It sounds perverse, but everyone is presumed to intend to stay in the US and it's up to them to prove otherwise.

Your aunt can do this by showing strong ties to Vietnam, such as owning property, having family, other assets and so forth.

Additionally, she'll have to prove she can support herself while she's in the US, or that someone else is willing to do so, such as you. One strategy is to write an invitation letter to your aunt and provide evidence of your ability to support her while she's visiting.

The fee for applying for a visa is $100, and then if the visa is actually granted, another fee will be assessed.
