i am going through a divorce with my husband that is a green card holder he already filed a petition for me which came through and i am now waiting on a visa. whe are now divorcing . how will i get that green card fron that petition that was filed

Divorce will render the petition invalid. If the relationship (i.e., your marriage to the petitioner) that supported the petition no longer exists, the petition cannot succeed.
