I`m a greencard holders and i have plan to go to my country this summer but i`m scared because me and my step mom have problem each other and maybe she can do something to mes sup my paper please help me my question is can my step mom do something about my paper

If you are a greencard holder do you mean you are a lawful permanent resident? If you are, then the only thing that can mess you up is a criminal conviction. I don't believe your stepmother can "mess you up" unless you have committed some crime or got your green card fraudulently. Now, if there is something in your background that caused an arrest, it will be checked when you come back. But if you do not have any criminal convictions, or have not committed fraud getting your residency, I don't see any difficulty with reentering.
