If you get married now, & your wife files an I-130 petition for you, the F2A category is backlogged almost 2 yrs for Indian nationals. However, once she naturalizes, your petition category can be upgraded, so that you can process your immigrant visa application with the U.S. Consulate sooner.
Another option is to enter the U.S. with a longer term non-immigrant visa (F-1, H-1B, L-1A, etc), get married once she naturalizes, & then you can adjust status in the United States.
