Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

Man first marriage took place outside USA and after 4 years remarried in the same place due to unawareness of Bigamy law. When came to know about bigamy, divorced immediately to second spouse before proceeding to USA to first wife and got permanent green card. But now the first wife asking for divorce as she doesn�t want to live.

My question is that can I (bigamous husband ) divorce my spouse and my stay in USA can be legalized and Can A Bigamous Marriage Be Legitimized

You really need to speak with a Family Law Attorney about your divorce issues.

I'm not sure what your immigration question is. However, if your question is about whether or not your greencard could be revoked, I don't foresee it happening unless you apply for naturalization, at which time USCIS could investigate if they saw the need to. That being said, if someone was to report you, theoretically USCIS could investigate potential fraud with your greencard case.
