Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
Can a Mexican get a green card under NACARA if married to a Nicaraguan?
My mom is Mexican and my dad is Nicaraguan with his green card already. I'm a born citizen.
My mother came in legally with work visa and has stayed legal. She has no criminal record.
A lawyer messed-up residency papers for my dad in 1998. he had put down my mother and his son.
(she only submitted my dad)
My father got his green card after trying to get deported and a lawyer found his application.
is there and way to appeal/go around the mess the stupid lawyer made to get my mom her green card?
also how would i be able to post charges on the lawyer? she stole time, money, and hope.
btw- i am under age & my fathers son is not anymore but was when the application was "submitted"

If you are over 21, you might petition your mother. Your father can also petition your mother even he is a green card holder.
We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
