Part time work in H1b in US

Sir,

I am having H1B visa in Us and currently I am working fulltime here.Can I work for part time joblike work from home,data entry etc.

You could not work part-time for another employer unless that employer filed an H-1B petition as well. Basically, each employer must file their own petition.
