Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
I am from Somalia and I am on TPS and currently employed. I am getting married to a US citizen and in the future looking forward to become a Legal Permanent Resident.
Do I have to leave the country to adjust my status or i can adjust my status while remaining in US since I am on TPS?

In certain parts of the country the grant of TPS counts as an admission. An admission plus a marriage to a U.S. citizen is usually a combination that will get you status but there are other portions of the law to consider and since your presented facts is extremely short it is not possible to determine your eligibility. You may want to spend a few dollars and hire an experienced immigration lawyer.
